SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES

DELIVERY:

•Before every delivery our jumpers are cleaned, disinfected & inspected for safety, and operation.

•Our delivery person will set the jumper up in the location of your choice,

UNLESS IT IS NOT PRACTICAL OR SAFE TO DO SO.

•Once the inflatable is placed in the location of your choice you can not move the inflatable. You may call the San Diego Party Jumpers manager to have it moved by driver, but there is no guarantee that we will have the ability to move the jump. There will be an extra charge for this service.

POWER:

•The blower (the unit that blows up your jump), runs on electricity and can plug into any standard 110-120 volt outlet.

WE CANNOT PLACE YOUR JUMP MORE THAN 100 FEET FROM AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET.

•No other electrical cords should be plugged in to that outlet while the blower is in operation.

•For sites at public parks, etc. where electrical power might not be available, we will supply you with a generator at an additional charge. The blower unit uses 12 Amps of power. Generators come with a 5 Hr supply of Gasoline.

WEATHER POLICY:

•If severe weather conditions occur such as rain, high winds, etc. during your rental, get everyone out of the unit.

Unplug the blower from the electrical outlet and cover the jumper with tarp if available.

SHOULD THE JUMPER HOUSE BEGIN TO DEFLATE:

•Get everyone out of the bounce/Jumper immediately.

•If the motor has stopped - check the cord connection at the outlet and at the motor. Remember use of more than one extension cord can trip the circuit breaker.

•If the inflatable starts to deflate - check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage. Check both tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and retie if necessary.

MANDATORY JUMP SAFETY RULES: Be sure to carefully read and follow these

•NO SHOES - ONLY SOCKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE JUMPER AT ANY TIME.

•NO CLIMBING ON THE WALLS OR NETTING OF THE JUMP OR “TAKING” OR PULLING THE JUMP DOWN.

•DO NOT JUMP IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, OR HAVE A HISTORY OF BACK, NECK OR KNEE INJURIES.

•NO FLIPPING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME….SERIOUS NECK INJURIES CAN OCCUR.

•NO GLASS, SODA BOTTLES, EYE GLASSES, HOOP EARINGS, OR SHARP OBJECTS OF ANY KIND.

•NO FOOD, DRINKS (any liquids), CANDY, GUM OR CONFETTI ALLOWED INSIDE THE JUMP.

• NO PETS-KEEP PETS AWAY FROM THE JUMP UNIT AT ALL TIMES. YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

•NEVER PUT TOO MANY CHILDREN INSIDE THE JUMP AT ANY ONE TIME. REFER TO “CAPACITIES” BELOW.

•IF THE JUMPER DEFLATES, CHECK (1) POWER SOURCE, (2) BLOWER TUBE STRAP, (3) BLOWER AIR INTAKE.

•DEFLATE THE JUMP IF WINDS SPEED EXCEEDS 20 MPH. CONTACTS US FOR ANY ASSISTANCE.

•NO SILLY STRING IN OR AROUND JUMP AT ANY TIME. DAMAGE WILL BE BILLED AT $150 - $1,500.00.

•NO WATER IN, ON OR AROUND INFLATABLE/CONCESSION AT ANY TIME. ANY WATER CAN CAUSE PERMANENT

DAMAGE TO VINYL GAME; UNLESS THE INFLATABLE IS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR WATER.

•IF INFLATABLE IS FOUND WET CHARGES WILL CONSIST OF $100 FOR DRIVER HANDLING OF WET

INFLATABLE AND $100 FOR CLEANING. DAMAGES MAY BE BILLED UP TO FULL REPLACEMENT COST AND

LOSS REVENUE OF INFLATABLE. SEE OPERATING PROCEDURES.

ATTENDANT AVAILIABILTY:

•Adult supervision is required at all times. Safety is a primary concern. Accidents can happen without close adult

supervision.

•An attendant for your jumper is available at an additional charge with advance notice.

CONDITIONS OF USE: Lessee agrees that rented equipment:

•Shall not be subject to unnecessary rough usage

•Shall not be used for illegal purposes.

•Shall not be sublet or assigned.

•Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations as contained herein.

•Lessee shall not remove or alter any nameplate or other form of identification showing ownership of rented equipment.
